1. What we collect

When you create an account or join the waitlist, we collect:

• Email address — used to create your account or notify you about the full version launch.
• Query history — the leagues and game counts you look up are saved so we can show you your recent queries. This data is tied to your account and only visible to you.

We do not collect payment information, names, or any data beyond what is listed above.

2. How we use it

• To provide and improve the service.
• To send you a one-time email when the full version launches (waitlist only).
• We do not sell your data. We do not send marketing emails beyond the launch notification.

3. Third-party services

• Supabase — stores your email and query history. Data is hosted on Supabase's managed infrastructure. See supabase.com/privacy.
• Kalshi — all sports odds data is sourced from Kalshi's public prediction market API. We do not share your personal data with Kalshi.

4. Data retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us and we will remove your data within 7 days.

5. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
